Our doula support provides women and their partners during pregnancy, through labour and birth, as well as the early weeks at home.

Inviting a doula provides you with:

- continuous support through labour and birth;

- assistance creating your birth plan and working through fears and anxieties surrounding birth; and

- support 24/7by telephone and e-mail during pregnancy and after birth to help ease the transition. 

We believe that all women are birthing goddesses because they know what is best for their bodies, their babies, and their families. Whether you are planning a home birth, hospital birth, medically supported birth, we are here to help you advocate for your choices. We provide you with opportunities to explore different options and resources so you can make the right decision for you.
