Our doula support provides women and their partners during pregnancy, through labour and birth, as well as the early weeks at home.

- assistance creating your birth plan and working through fears and anxieties surrounding birth; and

- support 24/7by telephone and e-mail during pregnancy and after birth to help ease the transition.

FREE Initial interview

When hiring a doula, it is important to find the right person to support you. This is why we offer you the opportunity to meet with us, ask us questions, and see if we would be a good match. This is a decision that could change your birth experience so we want you to feel confident in your decision. 2-3 Prenatal visits, includes birth plan assistance
In these visits, we discuss your wishes for your birth as well as practice comfort measures. These visits are held in the comfort of your home.

Continuous support during labour and birth 
We are on call 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after your due date. When you are in labour, you can call us at anytime and we will meet you at home or at the hospital. We stay with you for the duration of your labour as well as an hour or two after the birth to help initiate breastfeeding and answer questions you may have.

We are available for both home and hospital births in Toronto and York Region.

1 Postpartum visit
In this visit, we provide help with breastfeeding and newborn care. We will also review the birth and answer any other questions that you may have. This visit is usually done within a week of the birth.

Unlimited telephone and e-mail support and access to our lending library
We are available for you to ask questions by telephone and e-mail during pregnancy and postpartum. Our lending library allows you to choose books to read without the need for going to the library or store. We have books on several different topics including nutrition, comfort measures, birth, breastfeeding, and more.

Fees are $800 for doula support.
